bad items and services
your phone stop working because of your network, I can make a payment, but I can not login to my account to share, bluetooth or tethering to another device on the 3rd of February 2023. what management going to do, sale me another bad item.? no screen shot thanks to your services update step by step

    This phone locked up and I couldn't use it at all. I called Walmart and was never told I had to send the phone back so I threw it away it was of no use to me. Now they want to recharge me for a phone the never said I had to return

    Nice deal and a great phone.
    nice phone, great service. As an associate, I get a discount on the monthly subscription so it's a no-brainer to use Family Mobile. Samsung is a great phone choice and it's almost identical to my store phone so I can use the cases I bought for it as well.

    A promised Free phone was not provided. I called several times during the month. first it was sent to the wrong address, probable the foreign speaker at the HELP DESK did not take it down properly. After about 6 calls, several tikets, and being given the run around, and after a month, I was tol the offer was no longer available...I never spoke with a proper english speaker...

    A great Phone for a great Price!
    I bought the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G when it went on sale for $99 and change. It's an absolute bargain at this price. If you're a Walmart Family Mobile customer and want a modern, large phone, you'll be very happy with this model. The Mediatek Dimensity 700 chip is a good, mid-range one and with 64 GB of storage plus the ability to use a micro-sd card, you won't be running out of space too soon. I've switched my Family Mobile T-mobile based sim over to the new Family Mobile Verizon sim and have had no problems with this phone. All of the features and WiFi calling work just fine. I picked up a cheap, but sturdy case and a pack of screen protectors on Amazon, since accessories for this model at Walmart are few and far between. If you wanted the "unlocked" version of this phone it's $249 at Amazon and Best Buy so grab this bargain while you can, if you're a Family Mobile customer. This phone is locked to Walmart Family Mobile, so buyer beware!

    hope the color of the screen
    it's a pretty nice phone, the thing I do not like about it, is that the pictures or like the screen on your phone in general is pale. I tried going to settings adjusting the colors, it's still looks faded. I have no idea how to completely fix it well.

    don't gift walmart electronics
    Wal-Marts return policy on phones is horrible, so not buy electronics from here if you plan on gifting it! im sick with this brand new phone because they wouldn't accept it back after 22 days unopened.

    Supposed to have gorilla glass, no way. Screen broke within 2 weeks of having the phone, had it in my oversized front pocket(6 pocket carpenter) pants and rolled onto the phone while laying in the grass working on a tractor. Then the phone got wet from sweat and is now no longer working. Of all the phones i have owned, i have never broken a screen. I liked my lg G6 phone that i was forced off of, now i am stuck with no service and a phone that quit. I have a screen protector and otterbox case for the A13, plus a load of unsaved pics.
